Our 23’ MB can fit 10 passengers + the captain and our Cobalt can accommodate 8 passengers + the captain. 

We will pick you up on the north west side of the lake. Pickup details will be in an email confirmation upon booking. Pickup from a private dock is also available.

Yes! Tahoe Bliss operates as a Bareboat Charter Company. We will provide you a Captain from our recommended list who will ensure you have a safe and fun time on the water! We require that our boats are driven by USCG Master Captains. If you have a Captain request or would like to provide your own Master Captain please give us a call.

A customary gratuity is 15-20% of the total cost including both the boat + captains fee

We charge you in full the rental cost of the boat at the time of booking. Per US Coast Guard you will pay the Captain the $60/hour Captain's fee directly when boarding the boat. Gratuity is not included and appreciated if you have a great time!

Our summer season is short so we have a 7 day cancellation policy. In order to receive a full refund you must cancel 7 days from the date of your reservation. Any reservations canceled inside the 7 day window will not receive a refund. Your captain has already been scheduled so you will also be charged the $60/hour captains fee.

If our captains find the weather to be unsafe boating conditions we will provide a full refund or move your reservation if possible.

We recommend bringing a bathing suit, towel, non-spray sunscreen, warm layers, sunglasses, Food and drinks are encouraged to stay hydrated and have fun. Please don’t bring anything that is messy or could stain. (chocolate, red wine, spray sunscreen etc.) Keep Tahoe Blue! Please no single-use plastic, styrofoam, or non-recyclable items.

We’d love to hear your playlists! You're welcome to play your own music or our Captains also moonlight as DJ’s. Our boat is equipped with a top of line sound system and is bluetooth compatible.

We are dog lovers but we kindly ask that you leave your furry friend at home.  Service animals may be permitted with proper documentation.

Morning start times are 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 and afternoon start times are 2:00, 2:30, 3:00

There is not a bathroom on board. The captain can take you to a lakeside restaurant or a state park to use the restroom.

We don't recommend fishing from the boat. There are companies around the lake that have fishing charters, we'd recommend booking one of those instead!

Wake boarding uses a larger board with boots and bindings. You’re feet are strapped in and the boat goes much faster- 18-24mph. You hold onto the rope the whole time and are further from the boat riding the wake. For wake surfing, you are riding a smaller surf board without bindings. The boat is going much slower- 10-12mph and you let go of the rope once you are in the wave. In my opinion it’s easier to learn and doesn’t hurt as much when you fall! We offer wake surfing but not wakeboarding.
